Homemade Ribs

My ribs, corn on the cob, a corn muffin and a cold Pyramid HefeweizenLast week I made the Good Eat's Rib recipe. Wow, damn yummy with just a hint of spiciness. It took awhile to do all the cooking, so this was not an ideal thing to prepare after work but the results was undeniably good. The meat was fall off the bone tender and was very succulent. I served the cut up ribs with corn on the cob, a corn muffin and an ice cold Pyramid Hefeweizen. Mmmmmm. I can't recommend this highly enough.
