Habanero Cheddar

I spied some Habanero Cheddar at the grocery store and picked it up for some chicken tacos that I made (very tastey by the way). I can't believe how hot the cheese is. I grated it into fairly small slivers and eating only one piece makes me sweat. It packs a punch!

The peppers are so hot that trying to quench with a fire hydrant seems insufficient. Hopefully, you have family or friends as paramedics :) woowooo aye carumba

Damn straight they are hot...milk does the trick.

If you think those are hot, try out these hot sauces: http://www.sweatnspice.com/hottest_sauces.php - You'll be begging for the cheese!
