I need a new belt

I'm now wearing size 40 pants (have been wearing 42s and 44s) and I find I have a need for a new brown belt. With the bigger pants the largeness of the belt is somewhat hidden, but with these it just looks ridiculous. Has anyone had some experience taking a drill to a leather belt to add holes? I'm itching to try out a Christmas present ;-)

Jeff:

Congrats! I have a drill bit that i used to drill into ceramic tile that might work on that belt!

Awesome...that shoulds like that would do the trick!

I have a leather punch that I have used on my old belt, I have added 10 holes spaced at roughly an inch and plan to frame the damn thing once I retire it. The end of the belt is almost to the center of my back, it makes me laugh but it reminds me of what I have accomplished. I was in 44's and now I am in 35's comfortably.
