The Best Crab Cakes

If you ever make it down to the Myrtle Beach area, you must visit The Crab Cake Lady. These are the best crab cakes I have ever eaten and since you buy them there frozen and prepare them at home, they are some of the cheapest crab cakes you'll ever have as well. The location is in a little house on Highway 17 Bypass in Murrell's Inlet. The cakes sell for $18/half dozen or $30/dozen. They are a steal.

To prepare them, just saute them in butter over medium heat on both sides until they pick up some nice color (all the ingrediants in the cake are already fully cooked). Then eat them (and they taste just great plain...no need for any sauces at all).

Angela and I just finished eated the last of ours and now we are sad to see that they are gone.
