Homemade cheese making

I've always wanted to try my hand at making some cheese (because I'm told homemade mozzarella is easy and delicious...thankfully no it doesn't involve a churn). The few times that I have attempted to find the necessary ingredients (namely Rennet) I haven't had much luck. Frankly the store employees look at me like I am an alien. In any case, I've found a kit on the Internet for 30 minute Mozzarella and Ricotta which contains everything but the Milk. That should make things go a bit easier.
