<description>I&apos;ve always wanted to try my hand at making some cheese (because I&apos;m told homemade mozzarella is easy and delicious...thankfully no it doesn&apos;t involve a churn).  The few times that I have attempted to find the necessary ingredients (namely Rennet) I haven&apos;t had much luck.  Frankly the store employees look at me like I am an alien.  In any case, I&apos;ve found a kit on the Internet for 30 minute Mozzarella and Ricotta which contains everything but the Milk.  That should make things go a bit easier.</description>
