Don't tell me his middle name really wasn't "The Body"?

Interesting comment on Ask Metafilter that explains the concept of Common Law name and how it applies to a pretty unique situation. It explains how former governor of Minnesota, Jesse Ventura could run for, win and be sworn into the office of Governor under a name that he never formally switched to.
