<description>I have to say that Rigatoni with Red Pepper, Almonds and Breadcrumbs was pretty tasty and easy to make.  It would also appear to pretty amendable to additions that you may have around the house (some cheese and roasted red pepper flakes come to mind off the top of my head).</description>
