Indeed... the holidays have a way of doing that. Especially ones like Easter, where people tend to have lots of "browsable" items out -- candy, cookies, hard boiled eggs, snack mix. Easier for me to avoid filling the plate a second (or third) time than it is to stop taking handfuls of stuff here and there.
