The other day I made the Cook's Illustrated version of Chicken Tikka Masala. It certainly not a pretty looking dish, but it is delicious served over some Basmati rice. The only thing I would do differently would be to cut the chicken in smaller pieces. Also, I skipped the cilantro because I couldn't justify spending $5 for a bundle that I would have mostly wasted.
Oh, and it only got better the next day.
