Here is a nifty little shockwave app that lets you design a caricature of yourself -- the idea being that you can use it as an avatar on websites that let you use avatars.
Here is what I came up with for me. I think it's a pretty good likeness.

If you purchase a packet of food that contains the label: "CAUTION: This product may cause stomach discomfort or a laxative effect" -- for the love of God, believe it.
It would also be good if you didn't eat it while at work.
